WE MANAGE THE PROCESS THROUGH TO COMPLETION
Once an offer is agreed, we take care of the purchase from start to finish, coordinating solicitors, lenders and other advisers to ensure every detail is handled through to exchange, completion and the handover of the keys. Our clients also have access to a trusted network of surveyors and other specialists, allowing us to properly assess the property, identify potential risks and provide informed advice before contracts are exchanged.
