The Brief
Our Brazilian clients were looking to purchase a three-bedroom pied-à-terre in Prime Central London to use as a holiday home.
What We Did
We previewed a wide range of apartments and houses across Notting Hill, Bayswater, Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Marylebone, which we then carefully curated and distilled down to the very best properties for their brief.
We organised two viewing tours at the beginning of their trip, which we then narrowed down to two properties that they wanted to view for a second time.
They ultimately decided to move forward with this completely off-market, three-to-four-bedroom turnkey house on St Lukes Street in Chelsea, which our clients fell in love with. It had everything they needed and more.
During negotiations, we still managed to save our clients £250,000 from the asking price, despite the property never reaching the open market.
The Unfair Advantage
We covered an awful lot of ground in a very short timeframe, identifying properties across numerous postcodes, both on and off market. This ultimately resulted in our clients securing this hidden gem, which only came to the fore through our close relationship with the agents.
Had they been searching on their own, our clients would never have found it.
