Experience

Jason has over 10 years of experience in the property industry, with extensive expertise in managing prime and super-prime residential properties across London. He specialises in providing a highly personalised and discreet service to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, working closely with private clients, their families and family offices around the world.

With a strong understanding of both the operational and technical aspects of luxury property management, Jason oversees everything from day-to-day property operations and preventative maintenance to complex projects and refurbishments. His international background also enables him to deliver a culturally attuned service tailored to the individual expectations and lifestyles of his clients.

Prior to his career in property, Jason worked as a Mortgage Manager in New Zealand’s banking industry. He holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Property and Human Resource & Employment Relations, and is fluent in Mandarin.

We provide day-to-day oversight tailored to your property, including routine inspections, maintenance and repairs, utility management, security coordination and clear reporting. For rental investments, we can also oversee tenant handovers and ongoing tenancy matters.

Yes. We manage private residences, second homes and rental investments across London. The service is shaped around how the property is used, whether your priority is protecting your home or maintaining and optimising an investment.

We arrange and oversee routine and emergency work through trusted contractors, engineers and specialist providers. We keep you informed, obtain approval in line with the authority we have agreed with you and follow the work through to completion.

Inspection frequency is agreed with you and based on the property, its occupancy and your requirements. After each visit, we can provide a detailed report highlighting its condition, any work needed and the action taken.
