Our client was a successful Indian businessmen looking to make his first investment into the London property market. He wanted a property in a prime Knightsbridge location that would rent well.
What We Did
We sourced a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with views over Harrods and agreed terms prior to the flat being marketed. We then assisted in preparing the property for the rental market by refurbishing the property and we manage the property through our Property Management Service.
