Our British based clients were looking for a London flat to use as a pied-a-terre. The property needed to be in a secure block, with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and in a central location with easy access to shops and restaurants. The budget for the purchase was £5m-£6m.

We successfully sourced this lateral penthouse, with generous south-facing exposure, including 12 exterior windows providing amazing light and views. The flat is located within a well-regarded mansion block, which also benefits from a porter, in a Prime location right next to Sloane Square.
The Unfair Advantage
We are tough negotiators. We recommended our clients to focus on the area around Sloane Square in Chelsea, which we felt best suited their requirements. We were then able to identify this attractive apartment, full of potential and negotiated highly favorable terms. The original asking price for the property was £6,000,000 and our clients eventually completed on the purchase for significantly lower at £5,197,500.
