Our African client was looking to invest into the Prime Central London property market. He was happy to be led and guided by us, giving us a very wide open brief from which to start the search.

We identified a prime property in Cadogan Square, one of Knightsbridge’s premium addresses, which had the benefit of a tenant already being in the property at the time of purchase, allowing our client to benefit from rental income immediately after completing the transaction. We also successfully saved our client £100,000 from the asking price.
