Focusing on the areas of Marylebone and Chelsea, we collated the best properties available and spent time showing our clients the shortlisted options during their brief visit to London. Following the viewings, the focus narrowed to an immaculate off-market house in Marylebone that had been a family home for many years.
We approached the Landlord with a well-structured offer, highlighting our clients’ strengths as excellent tenants, and successfully secured a two-year tenancy at £11,500 per week, a discount of 12% from the guide price. We also negotiated for the Landlord to engage a professional managing agent to ensure our clients will be well looked after during their tenancy. A great result on one of the best houses available.
