Our clients also did not have the time to go through the whole sales process and felt the need for expert advice to ensure they maximised the eventual price. They wanted someone on the ground who could meet and negotiate sales rates with the correct agent and liaise with the agent on viewings, qualify offers and report back with recommendations.

The Perfect Conclusion

The resulting sale went to a sealed bid between four separate buyers and was eventually agreed at £100,000 over the asking price.
