Our client from New York was looking for a London flat to use up to three months of the year. The property needed to be in good condition, with 3 bedrooms, and situated on the upper floors with lift access. The client also wanted to be walking distance to a park. The client was looking across the Marylebone, Notting Hill and Chelsea areas, with a budget of £4m-£5m.  

The Perfect Conclusion

We successfully sourced this stunning, lateral, 3-bedroom mansion flat flooded with natural light. The property is up on the 4th floor, and benefits from a predominantly south facing aspect, with the unique feature of windows on all four sides. The location is second to none; Cadogan Gardens is a residential street on the doorstep of Pavilion Road, with its much-vaunted café culture and boutique shopping outlets.

We were able to draw up a shortlist of the very best apartments to fit with the client’s brief in advance of their visit. This involved speaking to all of our contacts across multiple areas and previewing the best options available within the market. We were then able to guide the client on a curated property tour, as they only had 48 hrs in London to view and make a decision. They eventually settled on this beautiful flat and we were able to negotiate a significant deal, saving them £450,000 from the asking price (an 8.2% discount).
