The Brief
Having lived locally for some time, our clients had decided it was time to put down permanent roots and purchase a four bedroom family home of their own.
What We Did
We identified several suitable houses on the square, both on and off market. Then, as luck would have it, an opportunity arose much closer to home, our clients’ landlord had decided to exit the rental market and was open to selling.
We moved quickly, and we secured the property for our clients before it ever reached the open market, avoiding the competition, inconvenience, and uncertainty that a launch to market could have created.
There were also a number of issues that needed to be addressed during the process. At each stage, we brought in the right specialists to investigate and resolve them, ensuring our clients understood the implications and were fully informed before committing to the purchase.
The Unfair Advantage
For an inexperienced buyer, navigating a purchase like this can be daunting. Knowing who to call, what questions to ask and how to tackle issues as they arise can make all the difference.
Our local knowledge, network of trusted specialists and experience negotiating off market transactions meant we could deal with problems head on, protect our clients’ interests and secure the right house before anyone else had the opportunity.
