Tom joined the Black Brick Team in 2013 and was made partner in March 2024. He has an in depth knowledge across all of prime Central London. He is an expert at dealing with demanding clients, delivering an exceptional service, and has successfully acquired in excess of £400 million of property.

Rental and Buying Consultant
Lorraine specialises in rental search and property acquisition for international clients. Originally from Paris and living in London for fifteen years, she has a natural affinity for guiding European clients through the London market.
Anna Sharp
Regional Director – Cornwall
Anna started her property career working at Savills, selling prime property across the county. In 2020 Anna moved from selling agency into buying agency working for a renown west country property search agency. During this period Anna gained vast experience, building upon a large professional network of contacts. She offers clients a dedicated service understanding the importance of client discretion and trust.
Rupert Stephenson
Regional Director – Devon, Dorset and Somerset
Having always been interested in property, Rupert bought his first house when he was at University at the tender age of 19. Since then he has had a long career in property, firstly in Central London in 1989 and then the Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire area through the 1990s, primarily dealing with the Prime property market of St Georges Hill. Then for 20 years as Managing Director of his own successful independent Land and Estate Agency in Esher and Cobham which he eventually sold in 2016.
Jason Wei
Head of Private Client Property Management
Jason heads up the Private Client Property Management division at Black Brick. He has extensive property management experience across Prime Central London and a deep understanding of the needs of ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals, having worked closely with clients and their family offices around the world.

Emma is a key member of the Property Management team, bringing years of experience managing properties across Prime Central London.
Lisa Saunders
Accounts Executive
Lisa joined the Black Brick team from inception of the company in 2007 as book-keeper. She qualified in accounts and book-keeping 15 years ago and has a variety of experience in different sectors.
Kate Abbott
Executive Assistant
Kate joined Black Brick as Executive Assistant to Camilla Dell. Prior to joining Black Brick, Kate worked in the education sector. Kate then went onto work for the Head of Marketing at a London Art Gallery.
