Our London based clients were looking for a 4-bed property, in very good condition to buy.
The Challenge
They were keen to stay within the Marylebone and Fitzrovia area, where they already lived in a rented property. With busy work lives and the ever-increasing challenge of navigating the market, including liaising with multiple estate agents and sourcing off-market listings, the clients needed our help to find and present the best opportunities which fitted with their brief.
What We Did
The property benefits from modern features and services, combined with original Georgian architecture, including plenty of space for a family of four to co-exist in. The wider site has the added benefit of gated security and a porter.
