PCL buying agency sources off-market 3,000+ sq ft apartment at landmark Bayswater scheme, amid signs of ‘real momentum’ returning to the prime London market.
Black Brick has secured an exceptional off-market apartment at The Whiteley, Bayswater, for North American clients seeking a London pied-à-terre. The 3,000 sq ft-plus property was acquired for an undisclosed sum north of £10 million, with furniture, artwork and soft furnishings included.
The deal highlights the appeal of Prime London’s luxury new-build market and the value of Black Brick’s developer relationships in accessing off-market opportunities.
“It feels like there is real momentum,” said managing partner Camilla Dell. “The buyers that are left are looking for a place to live, and they have stopped talking about politics and instability. That feels like the norm now.”
Dell added: “The drop in values across prime London is a sweetener for a lot of clients who have been waiting for some time to buy.”
