The Perfect Conclusion

We identified a 3 bedroom penthouse apartment, benefitting from 24 hour concierge and a parking space. We paid well under £1000 per sq foot, but we had to act quickly and exchanged within 48 hours. We also manage the property for our client through our Property Management Service.
