The search area was fairly broad and included St John’s Wood, Putney, Barnes and Wimbledon with a budget up to £10,000,000. The owner wanted £5.75m but we were able to negotiate a 7.8% discount to agree terms at £5,300,000. Contracts were exchanged within 5 weeks.
