Our client had recently sold his business and was looking to invest £20 million into the prime Central London property market. We were tasked with building an investment portfolio for our client.
What We Did
We acquired a 5 storey mixed use building in the heart of Notting Hill. The property was under offer with another buyer, but we managed to secure the property with an attended exchange for £3m.
We were able to unearth this ideal off-market opportunity and present it to our clients.
