Our clients already lived in the desirable new build development Lille Square, but they required more space. They loved the development which benefits from 24-hour concierge, gym and swimming pool and were keen to stay within it. Earls Court is undergoing significant re-development and investment and as a result demand for ready built property often outstrips supply.
The Perfect Conclusion
We conducted a thorough search of all available options within Lille Square and also extended the search to include other options. There was a real lack of options for sale, but through our contacts we managed to identify an apartment which was not being openly marketed on any of the portals. Located on the 4th floor and benefiting from 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a balcony, the apartment met with all of our clients’ requirements giving them significantly more space and better views that their existing apartment.
