Our English client was looking for a two bedroom pied a terre in St. James’s SW1. The ideal property had to have great entertaining space and lots of natural light.
The search was extremely difficult because of the lack of residential property in this part of London.
What We Did
We sourced a fantastic second floor flat in a grand Victorian building on Jermyn Street.
The property faced south over Jermyn Street and the principal reception room with its high ceilings and original fireplace was a perfect fit for the client. We paid £1582 per square foot, which is exceptionally good value for the area. Flats next door trade for in excess of £2250 per square foot.
Our American clients were looking to by a Pied a Terre close to the green spaces of either St James's or Green Park.
