We sourced a new build development in a North London location consisting of 5 flats. We met and negotiated directly with the owner rather than via an agent, and managed to negotiate 15% off the asking price and also negotiated £100,000 to buy the freehold of the building plus another building on the same site. In total, we saved our client £420,000.
