The location has some of the best schooling options in London, abundant access to green space, within a short commute of the City.

We were able to identify this ideal red-brick family house on a quiet and pretty street in the centre of the Village. The property is end of terrace, providing more width and light than others on the street. It also has extension potential, with other houses on the street already having set a president with further updating and expansion.

The Unfair Advantage

Through our decades long relationship with the selling agent, we were able to get our clients access to the house before it was listed on the open market. Careful analysis of recent comparable sales data, combined with our expert negotiation skills and positioning of our clients as the best buyers for the house, we successfully agreed the purchase for £50,000 less than the asking price, despite the fact the house hadn’t come to the open market yet. We added further value in managing and overseeing a complex purchase process. This involved communicating with the legal advisors and lender. We also introduced specialists to advise on architectural, design and build, structural survey, and drainage survey, to ensure our clients had the depth of information they required to buy the house in full confidence that their plans could be achieved.
