Our clients were in the process of relocating from Singapore to London due to their work. The challenge was to find a well finished family house, in an established neighbourhood in Northwest London with good connections to both Belsize Park for their children’s schooling, and Southbank for work. Our clients engaged our rental search service to help search, negotiate terms, and manage the process from start to finish.
The Perfect Conclusion
In a competitive market and with little available stock, we undertook a thorough search of the market. We spent time showing our clients the very best options across Hampstead, Belsize Park, and St Johns Wood and as the search evolved, the focus narrowed down to an off-market house in St Johns Wood. The property was part way through a full renovation, with the plan to launch to the open market in early September. We viewed it whilst the builders where still on site and recognising the opportunity, we approached the landlord with a well-structured offer, highlighting our clients’ strengths as an excellent tenant.
We successfully secured our clients a three-year tenancy at a price of £16,466 per calendar month, down from £16,683 per calendar month.
