The wider location has risen in popularity since the turn of the century due to its abundance of attractive period housing stock, the selection of highly regarded schools, and easy access to the City. Quality stock is always low, as good houses are often held in the same ownership for long periods of time. Even though our clients lived in the area and knew it well, they wanted assistance from a professional buying agency to be able to access the best opportunities ahead of the competition, and understand pricing in more detail.

We undertook an extensive search process, over many months, dealing with all the local estate agents and making direct, private approaches to a number of owners of houses on streets we knew our clients were keen on. Finally we struck gold and identified the right house for our clients. We were able to agree the purchase of a stunning Regency family home in Highbury. The semi-detached house measures over 3,200 sq. ft. and benefits from six bedrooms, a 65' garden and private off-street parking.
