Alex Oliver is an Associate Partner at Black Brick, advising clients across prime central and outer London. He specialises in acting for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, delivering a discreet, end-to-end acquisition service.
Alex began his property career at Foxtons in 2013 before moving to Marsh & Parsons in Notting Hill, where he was the firm’s top-billing negotiator in his first year.
He joined Black Brick in 2017, spending over six years advising clients on and securing best-in-class properties across London, with a particular focus on Prime Central and North London.
In 2023, Alex joined Prime Purchase as a Director, initially covering the country market before returning to London. He rejoined Black Brick in 2026 as an Associate Partner.
Alex has acted for UK-based and international clients acquiring London homes, pieds-à-terre and investment properties. He combines deep market knowledge with the discretion, patience and strategic judgement that high-value acquisitions demand.
Away from work, Alex has a young son who takes up most of his time. When he has a rare moment to himself, he can be found turning out for his village cricket team or following his beloved Tottenham Hotspur F.C. — though recent results have made the latter rather harder going.
