In a managed sale, the entire process is overseen by a property consultant such as Black Brick, who works proactively on your behalf: in complete confidence, if required. Depending on the property and your circumstances we will carefully advise you on the best way to approach the sale.
In a managed property sale, your entire transaction is overseen by one property consultant. We liaise with multiple selling agents, buying agents and a range of other professional contacts, actively seeking out the right potential buyers, negotiating the best deal and using a wealth of experience and contacts to ensure a smooth transaction. If required, your entire sale can be managed with complete confidentiality.
It is a valid concern to wonder if a buying agent may be conflicted when it comes to selling properties. At Black Brick, we don’t handle many sales and rarely sell directly, so the potential for conflict is minimal. It’s rare that a managed sale property is suitable for a Black Brick retained buying client, and when that does happen, we maintain transparency and clear communication with our clients. We disclose any potential conflicts of interest and ensure that our clients are fully aware. This transparency helps build trust and allows clients to make informed decisions.
