The Challenge
Our Saudi clients were looking for a new build apartment for family use within a 1 hour train ride from Central London and with easy access to Heathrow by car. They also required a balcony, porter and car parking.

We identified Surrey and Berkshire as good locations to search in, being convenient for both London and Heathrow. We successfully agreed the purchase of this spacious 2 bedroom flat within a luxury new development near Ascot at £150,000 less than the asking price. With the flat measuring over 2,000 square foot this equates to a competitive £711 per square foot.
