What We Did
We sourced a fantastic, 3 bedroom, modern apartment set in the heart of Shoreditch with very easy access to Kings Cross via the northern line at Old Street Tube station, a three minute walk away. The building also benefits from a 24-hour concierge service, a must for security. Old Street station and the surrounding area is currently undergoing significant investment which will improve things for both pedestrians and cyclists and enhance the area.
We negotiated strongly for our client and were able to agree terms at £1,210,000 saving our client £165,000 or 12% from the asking price.
