Our client was looking to buy a family home in London as he has several children studying in the UK. Security was extremely important to our client, who was a high profile businessman.

We considered various gated developments, mainly in Kensington, but ended up securing a fabulous 1st floor, 4 bedroom flat in The Lancasters, right opposite Hyde Park. Our client was a little unsure of the location, but we spent time orientating him around the local area.
