Our client already owned property in North West London which he had bought without using a buying agent. He had not seen any uplift in value, despite the rest of the London property market increasing. He was keen to buy another flat, mainly for his own use, but wanted something which had better prospects for capital appreciation.

We identified Embassy Court as the ideal solution for our client. We managed to secure one of the last 3 bedroom units, directly from the developer, before the building completed, and saved our clients money from the asking price, despite competition from another buyer.
