The Brief

Our clients’ primary residence is in North America, but they travel regularly to the U.K. for leisure and to spend time with family. They were looking for a substantial and secure London home, with a strong preference for a new-build property in one of the capital’s most central and prestigious locations.

What We Did

Following an extensive search across a number of London’s leading new-build developments, we identified an exceptional apartment at The Whiteley, distinguished by dramatic ceiling heights of over six metres and more than 3,000 sq. ft. of accommodation.

The Whiteley is one of London’s landmark new residential developments and is directly connected to the adjoining Six Senses hotel. Residents benefit from an extensive suite of amenities, including 24-hour security and concierge, a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool and wellness facilities, private members’ club and racket courts.

The combination of scale, security, world-class amenities and a prime central London location made this a particularly compelling fit for our clients and their family.
