We inspected the house quickly and recommended our clients flew to London to view the property as soon as possible. The house requires work, and through our trusted network of contacts we obtained detailed quotes for our client alongside a thorough survey report. We successfully negotiated the purchase price down to £4,200,000 with a further £50,000 reduction secured the day before exchange to take into account the programme of works that our client will be doing to the house.
