The Perfect Conclusion

We successfully sourced this lateral penthouse, with generous south-facing exposure, including 12 exterior windows providing amazing light and views. The flat is located within a well-regarded mansion block, which also benefits from a porter, in a Prime location right next to Sloane Square.

The Unfair Advantage

We are tough negotiators. We recommended our clients to focus on the area around Sloane Square in Chelsea, which we felt best suited their requirements. We were then able to identify this attractive apartment, full of potential and negotiated highly favorable terms.
