Our client was looking to buy a buy to let investment property in central London, but specifically wanted to buy in a new build development.
The Perfect Conclusion
We sourced an ideal investment property which we know is popular with corporate tenants. After completion, the property was quickly rented for £900 per week, with a further £100 per week for the parking space. The gross rental yield equated to 4.7%, which was above the market average of 4% at the time of purchase.
