Our international based client was looking for a 2-3 bedroom apartment to rent in South Kensington for his two adult children who were due to start university at the beginning of September. The flat had to be within a 5 minute walk from both Imperial College and South Kensington tube station. It needed to be fully furnished and have wooden floors. We were given 10 days to research to market, report relevant options, negotiate and organise the move in.

 

The Perfect Conclusion

Despite the very tight timeframe and the highly competitive rental market due the time of year, we were able to secure the perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment set on the 5th floor of a well maintained mansion block called Montrose Court in South Kensington. It was fully furnished and had the wooden floors they were looking for.

Most importantly the block is located just a one-minute walk from Imperial College and within 5 minutes of South Kensington tube station and was ready to move in straight away.
