Our clients, a family of four from the Caribbean, were relocating to London and needed a secure, modern three-bedroom apartment with air conditioning. With two children attending local schools, they sought a property close to their schools and with good access to the rest of London. With a budget of £3,500 per week (£15,166 per month), they were looking in an area where demand for high-quality rental properties, especially in Marylebone, significantly exceeds supply.
