Our British clients wanted to sell their warehouse style apartment on the Westminster/Pimlico border during the midst of the pandemic. Westminster is a particularly popular area amongst overseas buyers and due to the restrictions on international travel meant the market suffered the most compared to other areas of prime Central London. They had struggled to find a buyer with a local agent and came to us for help.

We were able to get an agreeable offer just before Christmas from a UK based buyer who loved the flat. The offer our client accepted was far higher than the local agency was able to bring to them during their instruction. They were delighted.
