The Challenge

Our European clients were looking to buy an apartment in Central London for their own use. They had quite specific requirements. The property needed to be a lateral, three-bedroom apartment with two reception rooms set in a portered block with a lift. They wanted traditional, period features and good views. It had to be in prime central London. Before engaging Black Brick, they had been searching for several months on their own and had viewed a few properties, even making an offer on one, but had found the market difficult to navigate. Concerns over pricing transparency and whether they had gained access to the best opportunities in prime Central London led them to engaging us for our expertise. They were recommended to us by their family office.

It was a probate sale and needed a complete refurbishment, which appealed to our clients who were keen to put their own stamp on the property and make it their own.
