We identified Paddington Basin as a good opportunity, knowing that the area had good prospects for long term capital appreciation and is also popular with corporate tenants as Orange and Mark and Spencer Head Quarters are located there. We identified an off market flat and also managed to save our client 14.3% from the asking price.
