Our clients visit London regularly for work and were looking for a base in Prime Central London. They needed 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the apartment needed to be in excellent condition. Their budget was £2,000,000. Demand for well-presented apartments in their preferred area of Marylebone far outstrips supply, particularly in the sub £2,000,000 range of the market.
We meticulously searched the key roads in Marylebone that we knew would meet our clients’ criteria and were also within an easy walking distance of transport to and from Heathrow.
