Our clients, who are based overseas but spend considerable time in London, appointed Black Brick to help find them a large two-to-three-bedroom flat in a portered block, ideally with air conditioning and in great condition across Northwest London. They already owned a family apartment in Golders Green but wanted to move further in towards Central London, whilst remaining North.

 

The Perfect Conclusion

After an extensive search that covered St John’s Wood, Belsize Park, Maida Vale and Hampstead we identified this boutique, new build development located on Kidderpore Avenue in Hampstead. The apartment, located on the third floor matched their criteria perfectly, benefitting from 3 good sized bedrooms, a spacious open plan dinning and reception room and a balcony which overlooks the courtyard gardens.  Due to our firm negotiations, we were able secure the flat at a significant and well below £1,000sqft, a fantastic outcome for our clients.
