Our client was looking for a two bedroom Pied a Terre within close proximity to the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras. Our challenge was that they didn’t know London well, wanting to view properties all over Central London, with only one day allocated for the property tour.
The Perfect Conclusion
Through proper preparation and our diligent and tenacious approach, we showed our clients the very best of what Central London has to offer over several different neighborhoods, in just a short space of time. We identified a new boutique development in Bloomsbury, consisting of just 8 residential apartments, and managed to secure the very best unit for our client before the development was brought onto the open market. We also successfully negotiated £10,000 off the asking price.
