A young professional family with a new baby on the way in April, and a tenancy agreement expiring in August, the pressure was on to identify a family home in time for their new arrival. Demand for family houses in West and South Hampstead far outstrips supply, particularly in the sub £2 million range of the market.

We meticulously searched the key roads in South and West Hampstead that we knew would meet our clients’ criteria and were also within an easy walking distance of their nursery school. Ensuring we were always first in the door and able to get our clients access before other buyers was critical to the search as most good family houses in this part of the market were selling quickly and attracting multiple bids. We identified a superb family house, with 3 bedrooms, a study and 2 reception rooms, measuring over 2000 square feet with plenty of space for a growing family. Dornfell Street is also conveniently located for excellent transport links and local shopping on West End Lane.
