Our client was looking to buy a home in London. Location was very important . He also wanted to buy a property that he could improve through refurbishment.

We managed to source a 4 bedroom house in a very desirable street in Knightsbridge. We had to negotiate aggressively against another buyer, but we were still successful and managed to save our client £85,000 from the asking price. Since completing the transaction, our client has added significant value to the property by excavating the basement adding a further 250 sq feet.
